KUNDALINI HOSTEL

Kundalini is a hostel that was born from a family home built in 1987. It was one of the first 5 houses built facing the sea in Montañita. Its owner much visited this beach in search of waves and together with his friends bought these lots facing the sea for where to sleep on weekends. Then it became a family summer house, until they decided to share this space with the travelers and become a House originally.

The houses on the coast of Ecuador have certain characteristics and use construction materials of the area. Kundalini this formed by a joint construction between cement, decorative stones and bamboo. Our goal to develop this nice hostel, was build according to the materials characteristic of the area, to avoid creating any environmental or visual impact to the community in any way.
